An Eye to the Sea - Colors of the Sea Eye Shadow Palettes

Summertime brings the colors of water, oceans, and thoughts of, or visits to, the sea. To compliment your look in these shimmering ocean colors, I have put together a “sea” eye shadow look along with some palettes to gie you an idea of colors to work with.

The sea is moody. It can be many colors from bright blue to sultry gray. In this sea-look, I have chosen to go with cool brown, mermaid green and blues in shimmering shades.

Included is a shirt in similar shade to give you a foundation on matching the colors with which I am working.

Directions: Apply the brown shade to the crease. Top with the shimmering green and pale blue. Blend well. Add a dab of the pale blue to lid. Top with a dab of pearl and blend. highlight above crease toward brow-bone with more pearl. Line outer edges with the shimmering pale blue. 

Additionally, a light brown or mauve blush will compliment this look. Finish off with a brown sparkly lipstick layered with a frosted berry (like the two shown in the top picture). The layered lipstick look is amazing.
